Finding the deal

We scan our target markets for offers that match our stringent criteria. When we locate a deal we like, we’ll submit it to those who have expressed an interest in collaborating with us.

Managing the property

Our team will oversee day-to-day operations with the goal of increasing revenue, lowering expenses, and ultimately producing great returns to our investors.

Distributing profits

We all invest for the same reason: CASH FLOW! As a result, gains are distributed to our partners on a monthly or quarterly basis (depending on the asset).

The investment process

01. Questionnaire

The first step in developing our collaboration is for us to get to know each other! You will complete a brief questionnaire that will assist our team in better understanding who you are as an investor, what your goals are, and whether investing with us is the best decision for you.

02. Strategy Session

This is a one-on-one call with our staff, where we go beyond “getting to know each other.” It’s your chance to ask us any questions you have about our team, our method, and our aims. We’ll also ask you a few questions to ensure you’re a good fit to invest with us.

03. Offering

We make investment possibilities available a couple times a year. When that happens, we’ll notify those who have expressed an interest in collaborating with us. Then, on a first-come, first-served basis, we’ll fill places in that offering until we’re completely subscribed!

04. Selection

Once the offering is closed, we will begin identifying, purchasing, rehabbing, and operating properties that fulfil our stringent buying criteria.

As the characteristics stabilise, we can go on to the fun part! And it is at this point that we begin sending payouts to all of our investors
